Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — new, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund according to our standard shipping rates.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Any visible damage or defect not reported within this time frame may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — new, unused, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
